Meals & Beverages
There are no food or drink outlets in our vicinity.
The nearest village warung/shop is at Penebel, 15 minutes drive
from the cottage.
We provide 3 simple but wholesome home-cooked meals
a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Your cook would prepare the
meals and serve you.
Understandably, meals (table d'hote) are set prior
to your arrival. Please do let us know in advance should you require
special/diet meals. We will do our utmost to provide as you request.
However, please excuse us if your preference is not available
or not within our means. (Pictures below act as a guide only.
There maybe changes to the menu from time to time). The following
is planned for you:
Breakfast: 0800-0930 hrs

Indonesian breakfast:

Fresh fruit juice –pineapple, papaya,
mandarin orange or water melon

Nasi or mie goreng

Coffee/tea
Western breakfast:

Toast with jam & butter

Two eggs –fried, scrambled or omelet
Lunch 1200-1330 hrs: Lunch will be light
and the menu varies each day. If you planned to be on an outing,
we could provide you a lunch box for the day
Western lunch:

Salad of fresh greens

Pasta or chicken or fish 
- Fruit platter
- Coffee/tea

A bottle of Aqua
- Chicken sandwich
- Fries
- Banana
Dinner 1900-2030 hrs: Like the lunches, the menu varies
each day and includes:

Salad of fresh greens

A soup
-
Main course of fish, chicken, or mutton (satay)
with plain rice or potatoes

Toasts, Fruit platter, Coffee/tea
In addition, we would arrange:

BBQ dinner: should your stay exceed two nights,
a BBQ dinner will be provided on your last evening with us

Indonesian food: let us know if you prefer our
local (Indonesian) cuisine. This is available if you provide
us with advance notice

Additional foods: if you require snacks or special
foods, please bring them along on your own
Drinks
The kitchen would stock some popular soft drinks (Coke, Pepsi,
Sprite, 7-Up, Sunkist Orange), coffee and tea. These are available
through out your stay and it is included in the charge. For hard
liquors, beers, mixers or wines, please bring your own (No corkage
charge and your drinks may be chilled in the small fridge).
