Transportation
The drive to the homestay is approximately 1hr 30 mins (72km)
on good roads and major populated areas. There is no public transportation
to The Padi-fields Cottage from Sanur, Nusa Dua or Kuta areas.
There is no taxi service available in Tabanan City or around the
vicinity.
If you need to hire transportation, we can arrange
a chauffeured "Kijang", a reliable and sturdy local MPV
to drive you to The Padi-fields cottage and back. The cost of the
two-way journey is US$80. It seats up to 4 persons.
Transportation is rarely needed during your stay as
activities are within walking or cycling distance. 2 bicycles for
your use to cycle around
If you choose to stay longer and would like to discover
areas further away, we suggest you rent a self drive Suzuki jeep
for a week (approx US$110 per week and cost of fuel is relatively
cheap). We could make a reservation on your behalf and make sure
that the vehicle is delivered to you in the Denpasar area. Please
let us have your details in advance.
