Villa Aya is a unique villa property located in Seminyak, Kuta, Bali, 25 minutes from the international Airport Ngurah of Denpasar Bali and 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach.
The property consists of 11 private villas with in total of 24 rooms; nine 2-bedroom villas with in between a swimming pool and two 3-bedroom villas with a connecting room and a third bedroom with a swimming pool in between. All villas are surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens.

All villas feature fully equipped kitchen with living room and dining area, swimming pool, private bathroom with individually controlled air-conditioned, safety deposit box, TV with international channels and in room movies, IDD phone service, audio set, mini bar, snack bar and free daily mineral water, King size bed, bathroom with semi open-air bathtub and shower, hair dryer and private parking places.
