Pantai Biru is a rare example of absolute luxury, in a prime location,
at a reasonable price. This villa is situated in the trendiest area
of Bali - Seminyak, which is about two and a half miles along the
beach from Kuta. This area is just far enough away from the overcrowded
Kuta area without being too remote. Nearby is the extraordinarily
classy Oberoi Hotel with its beautiful grounds, beachfront restaurants,
and tennis courts which can be reserved for the Villa guests. The
Legian Hotel is even closer and is renowned for it's superb cuisine
and décor.
The Villa
There are five double bedrooms all air-conditioned and individually
styled and features large windows. Four bedrooms command beautiful
views of the sea, beach and pool and the fifth bedroom overlooks
the courtyard and fountain.
Three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; the other two bedrooms share
a bathroom. In front of the villa is a tidy lawn and 10x6 meter
pool with comfortable, hardwood, pool furniture and canvas umbrellas.
There is a covered Gazebo, dining-area adjoined by the sunbathing-deck
right on the beach. This offers spectacular views in total privacy.
The blue tiled pool flows into the lounge area where one can enjoy
an 8 person Jacuzzi or laze around on the brand new sofas and chairs
and take in the mystical ambiance of Bali. Tranquil beach life and
the thundering ocean.
The famous Bali Sunsets can be observed from your open lounge or
beachside deck. The Villa is a Balinese/Mediterranean design with
the typical charming thatched roofs and marble floors, complemented
by the antique furniture, subtle colour scheme, and local art.
 
Location
Seminyak has long been the area for the hip and designer to hang
out. Many of the European artists and designers, who make Bali their
second-home, congregate around Seminyak to surf, sunbathe, mingle,
dine and dance. Among the favourite haunts of this crowd are the
fine Italian Beach-Restaurants, 'La Luciola,' the very popular Restaurant-Club
'Ku De Ta' and the 'Hu Bar.' All these are within walking reserve
from the villa. One can go out at night with out worrying about
the famous Kuta traffic jams. A few hundred meters from the villa
is the "Petittingget Pura" (Temple) Villa Guests can witness
the sacred Balinese-Hindu traditions and ceremony, which have continued
there for generations. A traditional Gamelong orchestra and dancers
will perform at the Villa by special request.

The villa has a D.V.D. library of 250 titles for that lazy, at-home,
dinner-movie night with family or friends. The staff will gladly
accommodate any reasonable menu or service requests including full-formal
table service performed in traditional dress and style.
